My two great loves are drawing and animals. I've always had pets for as long as I can remember and feel like I have drawn forever -it's certainly one of the first things I remember doing as a child. When I was young I'd love flicking through my grandad's sketchbook amazed by the drawings he could produce with a few pencils, and I really wanted to do the same. 

Over the years I worked in scientific research, admin, childcare and brought up two wonderful children (and three dogs!) in the beautiful town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This didn't leave me much time to pursue my art, but my love of drawing never left me and I am now fulfilling my dreams and using my talent and passion to produce unique personal portraits of your cherished pets and the beautiful wildlife around me.
